Nightly Tariff

Peak Season Tariff (October to April)
$450 (incl GST) per night for up to six people

Off Peak Season Tariff (May to September)
$350 (incl GST) per night for up to six people

• Maximum of six people
• Two night minimum stay
• Three night minimum stay on public holiday weekends
• Surcharge of $100 applies for a single night stay
• Medium-stay and long-stay rates are available upon request
• No smoking permitted in the apartment
• 25% deposit is required to secure a booking

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation fee of 25% applies if a booking is cancelled within 14 days and 100% if cancelled within two days. However, there is no charge if the booking is replaced. 

Access and Parking

Access is from the front entrance of the building, level 4, via the elevator to level 1. One East Apartment is No. 3 to the right out of the elevator, and occupies the lower two levels of the building.

There is plenty of free parking outside and opposite the main building.

The majority of the apartments in the block of 12 are occupied by permanent residents therefore security and courtesy are a priority.

Unfortunately One East is not suitable for pets.
