At One East Apartment you can savour all the fine things in life, like award-winning local wine, contemporary New Zealand art, food from the local farmers markets and furniture created by leading designers.

Furniture
The furniture and accessories at One East have been designed and manufactured in New Zealand with key pieces created by talented Hawke’s Bay designers.

The bedside tables and credenzas were designed and custom made by Roger Kelly of Red Orange Design. The outdoor furniture was designed to order by Robbie Nathan of Cicada Studios, along with some custom pieces by Cicada Studios’ designers, Kennedy Brown, William Jameson and Ross Mackay.

David Moreland designed and custom made the oak dining table, and his eminent framed armchairs are featured in the living areas. The flip coffee tables/stools are by Hawke’s Bay’s internationally renowned designer, David Trubridge.

Food & Wine

Soak up the friendly atmosphere while shopping for a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, bread, eggs, pickles and preserves straight from the producer every Sunday.

At One East we love great New Zealand wine and you’ll get to sample some with complimentary Ash Ridge Vineyards wine on arrival. Ash Ridge Vineyards is home to fine Bordeaux varietal red wine and premium New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The handcrafted single estate wines reflect the unique vineyard location.

Excursions
Experiencing Hawke’s Bay’s wineries and vineyards first hand is a must and what better way to do it than on a Grape Escape Wine Tour.

Choose from a day tour, either by road or air, or take in Napier’s sights including its world famous Art Deco architecture on an evening dinner tour.
